It’s difficult to be natural degraded, now it becomes to a huge pollution problem in the world. Before people use a very old and poor method to process tire to get oil, but it gave much more troubles rather than the benefit, more pollution problems came out.

5.Stable temperature control: Use oil/gas burning system which is easy to control the heating temperature and keep the pyrolysis effect in best condition.
6.Energy saving: use tire oil/natural gas burning system at pre-heating stage (24hrs), after stable running, it will only use syngas from reactor to heat whole system, which will save lots of energy. Also, all waste heat will be reused in our system to reduce energy loss.
7.Environment friendly: syngas will be purified before burning, which reduce most of pollution content, then use exhaust gas purification system to control the emission achieve to National Emission Requirement.
8.Quality control: follows industrial boiler fabricate requirements, all technical workers have qualify certificate, all welding part will process X-ray test and keep the record.
